The Tokyo Games Show will again celebrate this year 2022, this time back to its physical edition for publishers and for general public.

As always, the event will be held at the Makuhari Messe Convention Center, one of the largest in Japan. The Tokyo Games Show of 2022 will start on September 15 for press and business and 17 for the general public. It will end on September 18.

The motto and theme of this year will be “nothing will slow down the gaming.” It refers to the way in which events related to videogames have disappeared during the years of pandemic, but videogames have continued to be part of our daily life and encouraging our days.

The organizer has shared his desire to “create hope” and feed the chances of gaming.

“We open the door to the first plane, give him courage and enthusiasm to the whole world, teach your love for the games.”

In 2020, the Tokyo Games Show was celebrated virtually, and in 2021 it was a mixture of virtual and physical events, but only for companies. Even though this year is returned to the physical format open to the public, there will also be online retransmissions and several events, such as let us prove a limited time.
