How good is the Hisense A79GQ?

Picture quality: For its price, the Hisense A79GQ Hisense A79GQ originating from 2021 offers good image quality, which is, inter alia, on the use of the QLED technology, which ensures better color representation. However, the 65-inch version uses an IPS panel, which is why contrast is not particularly high. For this, the picture is not so much dependent on the viewing angle. In addition, the top brightness, as almost always with favorable televisions, is relatively low, which is why HDR can not be exploited as well as expensive TVs.

Gaming: Unfortunately, we did not have exact test data for INPUT, but is definitely under 20 ms. Presumably, as in the cheaper Hisense A6G, it is even only 10 to 11 ms, which is a very good value for gaming. 4K 120 FPS is unfortunately not possible with the Hisense A79GQ because it only has a 60 Hz display. The other typical HDMI 2.1 features such as VRR (variable refresh rate), allm (Auto Low Latency Mode) and EARC are supported.
